Doesn’t that just fill you with apathy? I want drivers to be excited about an engine tweak, or a new bit of carbon fibre, or improved weight distribution. Something nice and physical. I don’t want to hear about a software upgrade. I realise that software has a huge role to play in Formula 1, and I’m sure it’s terribly sophisticated and impressive. But I want to conveniently forget all about that, and pretend it’s just a driver, a couple of pedals and a steering wheel. In short: DON’T SPOIL MY BLISSFUL IGNORANCE. Post a comment
