All four new Formula 1 teams are now members of FOTA, but there are still plenty of questions about how their driver line-ups, cars and so forth are coming along.

But what I want to know is: what are their websites like? The short answer is: bare.

Manor
manorgp.com is probably the classiest: all black, with a big logo, and a shiny black car with oddly shiny tyres. But it loses many points for not having a proper page title.

USF1
usgpe.com can possibly out-shiny Manor. And it has a contact form, which is more than Manor managed. But it’s also confident that they will be “on track in 2010″, which is more than some commentators seem to believe.

Campos Meta
camposmeta.com is relatively fancy, with text pop-ups over a big photo. The photo is quite grainy though, which is a poor show. You can contact or be employed by them, so it trumps the other two in terms of content.

Lotus
But for content, the winner is definitely lotusf1racing.my at the moment. There’s news, photos, contact details – a veritable deluge of fun stuff. Compared to the other sites, anyway. I’m not sure about the need for lens flare though.

So there you go. Those are the websites. I think we’ve all learned a lot.
